When it comes to commemorating significant moments in our family’s life, we are purposeful in our approach. When it came to planning Hopesie’s second birthday celebration, our primary consideration was ensuring that Hopesie had a delightful experience. It was evident that playtime would be the first choice, as there’s hardly anything more appealing to toddlers than play. To make Hopesie’s playtime even more enjoyable, we decided to invite friends of the same age group, creating a fun playdate.
But where did we decide to hold the celebration? We chose Kaboodle! What captivated us about this venue was its expansive and open surroundings, ideal for children to unleash their creativity as they construct with blue open-ended foam blocks, explore the sensory and wet play area, or simply enjoy sliding and running around. Kaboodle further offers a convenient cafe and workspace area where parents and guardians can relax, savor a meal, or sip on coffee while observing the kids at play. It’s a wonderfully laid-back and suitable setting for individuals of various age groups. In every sense, this venue was the perfect choice for Hopesie’s birthday playdate with his friends.
Kaboodle provides an appealing birthday package, but we did not avail it because Hopesie is still too young to fully grasp the concept of birthday parties. While walk-ins are permitted, we decided to make a reservation in advance to ensure a spot, especially on weekends, given that we had a small group of 25 people 😆 😆
And with that, our plan for Hopesie’s second birthday was set in motion, prompting Icai to spring into action and design his birthday invitation.”
Hopesie’s 2nd Birthday | Play Date
On the 7th of October, we joyfully commemorated Hopesie’s birthday with his little friends at Kaboodle, and it was an absolute blast for both the grown-ups and the children.
We want to express our gratitude to our dear family and friends for joining us, spending time with Hopesie, and sharing in the fun. Your thoughtful gifts are much appreciated. A big thanks to Kaboodle for hosting our group with such warmth and hospitality. Until our next visit!

Another contributing factor in our choice of Kaboodle was its reasonable pricing. It only cost us $300 for a 2-hour admission for 25 people, and approximately $200 for food and beverages.
